Gesichter der Welt
Worlds Faces
I am proud to announce that my next exhibition in Germany is going to be opened on thursday the 10th of June. I am showing the "Worlds-Faces-Series" again. Pictures that I took during my worldtrip and further travels into SEA and Malaysia. It´s basically a selection of 32 pictures that I selected out of a number of 17.000 pictures in total. I have posted the pictures in the Gallery to make sure that everybody get´s an idea which pictures I finally chose. Actually some of my photomodels already got their own personal copy since I brought about 50 prints to Bali during my latest trip. I am very happy, that I chose taking pictures for living since it´s the most amazing job I can imagine. You´re improving constantly, you´re seldomly feeling sick of work and it´s most likely that people actually appreciate your work and want you to shoot for them at some point. While the experience is growing and the network is widening it is beautiful to sometimes take a step back in memory and look at the things, that you already did - and there you go: You´ve got vivid memories of the past. Not video, o.k., but for me a photography can do as well.
Enjoy the visit in the gallery and if you can make it: Come to Muenster, Raphaelsklinik and have a look at the exhibition yourself!
Yours sincerely,
Andreas

Thanx 2 Magnus Ree and Stina Eide for the good company. It was great fun to travel with you guys and I wouldn’t have broken up with u, if I hadn’t happened to meet Anette. I hope you guys left la isla de muerta Langkawi and made it over to Thailand yet? Keep in touch guys!
I really enjoyed spending time with every single one of you. I guess not everybody will keep in touch. Not everybody will be happy to see me again, for things might be not the same anymore. I thank you so much for spending time with me, it’s been a pleasure! My trip is almost over and Kuala Lumpur lies beneath the 25 story building, I’m staying at right now. This place is the last leap and the end of a years travel.
Hugs, kisses and all my love to Anette, the most precious person, I met along my way. We got to know each other on Puala Langkawi, where she stayed with a friend from Sweden, Johanna. It didn´t take us long to figure out, that we really like each other and after just a couple of days she invited me to see her again in Kuala Lumpur. I´ve been staying with Anette for at least a month and KL became kind of a second residence for me. I have even decided to propose to Anette and, as she has agreed to my proposal, we gonna marry asap:) I was very happy staying with her in Malaysias capital and I definitely wanna go back in May. She is the girl I´ve been seeking for my entire passed life. I´m a rich man, now. Without even planing it I found the girl I love, and she´s all a man can dream of, I found good friends along the way, people I could trust and rely on, I found generous people, who supported me without a glimbse of doubt, I found gorgeous spots and splendid beaches along my random travels. I am a lucky man!
And then again I remember my friends back home, who always write me messages and keep me going. Especially my friend Erik and my cousin Joerg, who always write me and call me and make me feel home once in a while. My family, for sure, especially my mother, who always supports me and calls at least once a week. My father, who I really love. I miss both of you!
Thanx guys! For helping me out and for making this trip become better with every single day!
Thank you very much!
